Career
• Was in private practice (2004-2012) and an assistant U.S. attorney before becoming the Macomb County Prosecutor (1985-2004)
• Taught Constitutional Criminal Procedure and the American Court System as an adjunct professor for the Wayne State University criminal justice department
• Supports protecting reproductive freedom and abortion rights, protecting the Great Lakes and waterways from corporate polluters, and fixing the justice system; does not support access to high powered semi-automatic weapons
